As your hired practitioner ( aka guide, reader, coach, teacher) Aya Iworiosa (Alexandra Loves) will give you, the client, unwavering help and support that falls within the guidelines of the respective offering you are enrolled in:sessions, classes, or programs. She will use everything within her skill set to make offerings valuable tools for your development. All clients are responsible for their own success and their own choices.
This is a client-practitioner relationship designed to facilitate the creation, inner growth, healing, development of personal goals and to develop a plan for achieving those goals. You set the agenda and you are expert in your own life to bring about the desired change. Success is based upon the your willingness to make real changes in your life. You understand that the practitioner is not hired to tell you what to do, rather a partner in brainstorming ideas and possibilities.
All information between client and practitioner is entirely confidential as to the extent of the law allows. Our professional relationship is completely confidential and will never be disclosed without your expressed authorization. It is impossible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to the internet that do not utilize security or encryption protection.
Readings, divination, coaching, spiritual guidance, or any offerings are NOT counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or a provider of any mental health services ever. Aya does not focus on mental health issues.
You as the client assume sole responsibility and accountability for the actions you take or don't take, results achieved and any consequences that follow. Aya, does not make any guarantee or warranty as to results that may be achieved or as to the consequences of any actions taken or not taken by client.
In the event sessions or classes are conducted in a group format, you commit yourself to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to you by other clients and students and by Aya.
Long Term Programs:
Client or Aya can choose to discontinue the program at any time. In the case that the client chooses to leave, the 75% of the payment agreed upon will be due and no refunds will be issued.
You are expected to evaluate progress and when coaching/guidance is not working as you desire, you should immediately inform the coach. We will have check points to make sure the sessions are meeting your needs.
Client/student understands that Coaching/Coaching/Spiritual Guidance is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. Client will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, mental health, or other matters with the appropriate/credentialed provider. All decisions in these areas are exclusively the responsibility of the client.
MISSED SESSIONS AND CANCELLED SESSIONS POLICY: If you are more than 15 minutes late or if you cancel in less than 24 hours before the session starts, you will not be able to reschedule and will not receive a refund for this missed session. **If you need to reschedule a session, use the link that accompanies the confirmation of your current session in your email. You must reschedule 24 hours or more before the start time of your original session.
NO REFUNDS: You have enrolled in any offering from Aya Iworiosa/ Alexandra Loves, you have purchased time and the use of her expertise and counsel. You assume the responsibility for how you chose to accept and interact the information shared with you in this session. No refunds are issued.
