The radically awesome experiences in my life come from engaging my connection to my Spirits and Ancestors. This became clear when I started to explore shamanic spiritual practices and philosophies which ultimately led me to the indigenous practices of my own bloodline in West Africa and those of Turtle Island.  I came to know that I am, as we all are, shaped by these unique spirits and forever supported by their divine energy. My Ancestors walk with me,  we grow and evolve together.  I am never alone. When I consciously nurture these relationships, creating my life in alignment with my dreams continues to be tangibly real. This experience is for all of us.

I spent more than the last two decades exploring spiritual wisdom. I also became a student of people’s revelatory desires, vibrational patterns, spiritual blockage, our relationships to what we perceive, innate wisdom, and our engagement with Nature, Spirit, and Ancestors. I developed an intention to find spiritual wisdom as far back into my bloodline as I could; it was clearly my own Spirit’s desire. This exploration led all the way to the traditions of my Spiritual Family in West Africa. When I found that connection, I grew.
